These Terms govern the use of VisualFactory Industry 4.0 platform, associated software, dashboards, analytics services and related digital products.

Use of Services

Services are provided for business and industrial operational purposes. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.

Data Ownership

Customer production and operational data remains property of the customer. VisualFactory processes data solely for service delivery and improvement.

Intellectual Property

All software, analytics models, UI elements, documentation and trademarks remain property of VisualFactory unless contractually agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. VisualFactory is not liable for indirect production losses, operational interruptions or consequential damages.
