Data Deletion Instructions

Visual Factory / SI Systems (operated by Shah Auto Industries) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information we hold about you, including data collected through our website, WhatsApp Business messaging, email, or job applications.

1. What You Can Request

You may request that we delete:

Your contact details (name, phone number, email address, company name).
Conversation history from WhatsApp, email, or contact-form enquiries.
Job application data submitted via our Careers page.
Any other personal information you have provided to us directly.

Note: WhatsApp/Meta also independently retains message data per its own policies. Deleting a chat on your device does not delete data from our systems or from Meta's platform — use the methods below for each.

2. How to Request Deletion

Via Email: Email us at sisystems.adm@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including your name and the WhatsApp number/email associated with your enquiry.
In WhatsApp directly: You may also block and report our business number, and/or delete the chat, to stop further messages from us on your device.

We will verify your identity using the contact details on file before processing a deletion request, and will confirm once your data has been deleted.

3. Processing Time

We aim to process and confirm all data deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited period where required to comply with legal, accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

4. What Happens After Deletion

Your personal information will be removed from our active systems and WhatsApp business conversation records where technically feasible.
Any active service, license, or support agreement tied to your account may be affected — we will inform you if deletion impacts an ongoing engagement.
Backups are purged or anonymized on our normal backup-rotation schedule.
